With just under 200 units to date, The Emrie Group is committed to focusing on our mission to bettering the communities we serve; with four residential properties in the St. Louis area and one just an hour southwest of St. Louis, in Union, Missouri. Each property boasts the highest quality of craftsmanship, aligning with The Emrie Group’s dedication to our tenants and community. While we are not afraid to start from scratch, we think the important part of enhancing a community still resides in maintaining the original aesthetics of a property. Our goal is to keep as much of the original features as possible, enhancing and updating as necessary.
