We currently only work with residential buildings but are open to other options and expanding into commercial real estate in the future.
Property Restoration
At the heart of our company is the desire to enhance the properties we purchase. It’s what supports our goal of improving communities and encouraging others to do the same. Whether the property is in need of minor updating or complete renovations, The Emrie Group take great pride in what we do.
When we purchase a building, we’ll make the necessary renovations, find a loving family to fill it, then see what we can do to improve the area around it (which can sometimes mean purchasing adjacent properties).
Property Development
The Emrie Group has recently expanded our services to include new construction. By bringing a new “Class A” property to a predominantly lower income area, we are building on our mission to enhance communities while also offering quality, affordable housing to our tenants.
The property, located in Union, Missouri, includes 72-top notch, energy-efficient units to a growing area. Our hope is to build similar properties in other communities in the future.
Property Maintenance
While acquiring a property and making the necessary updates is a large part of what we do, at The Emrie Group, we believe that maintenance is key. We have a clear objective when it comes to the function, appearance and place our property has and that is to lead by example.
We set high expectations for our tenants to keep a uniform appearance just as we work hard to maintain the curb appeal of the property itself. From interior to exterior, we make sure that our properties will never fall in disrepair, taking care of any issues often before they even occur.
Property Management
Our tenants are our highest priority. Without them, we would have no reason for doing what we do. Our goal is to create a friendly, open environment where no one feels like they’re dealing with a large, out-of-town corporation.
We are local, so we are more readily available to assess needs as they arise. We pride ourselves in maintaining good relationships with our tenants by being approachable and good on our word. We can make a difference, one person at a time!
