Water Tower Apartments

Our most notable project to date is our newest endeavor, Water Tower Apartments, the first of its kind for The Emrie Group.

We pride ourselves in bringing high quality craftsmanship to every property we own, and this one is no exception! With soft close doors and an Energy Star rating, Water Tower Apartments will be the first of its kind in the area. So far, eight units have been completed with another eight set to be ready for occupancy by December.

Located in Union, Missouri, Water Tower Apartment complex consists of 76, two bedroom, two bathroom units. Each 1200 sq. ft. residence comes with its own patio or balcony, washer and dryer hook-up and stainless steel appliances.
